Works Art School - Art works Art School: Is a community
based art school whose mandate is to introduce adults, children
and teens to the enriching world of artmaking. In Bloor West
Village Since 1996. A fully Air Conditioned Facility.
Creative Kids Classes. - Creative Kids classes are all
encompassing camps are guaranteed to be the only camp in the
city that won’t bore your child this summer. Your child
will experience a fusion of visual arts, mask making, performing,
puppetry and more!
What A
Mess - Choose between our themed morning or afternoon
summer camps. Morning camps run from 9:30am - 12:30pm and
afternoon camps from 1pm - 4pm. Snacks are provided. Each
half day will include a specialty craft focused on the camp's
theme and instructed by our fun coordinators. There will also
be free play time so that each child may explore a variety
of creative outlets.
Dundas
Valley School of Art - The school is a leader in the cultural
development of the region and plays a vital role in the art
education of the community. It offers a wide spectrum of visual
arts programs and has an annual enrolment of over 4,200, including
children as young as two, teens, adults, and senior citizens
of any age. Courses offered include art history, ceramics,
drawing, hot glass blowing (off site) jewellery, painting,
printmaking, photography and sculpture.
Burlington
Art Centre - Registration is now open for the Summer session
of studio courses and programs for the entire family. Choose
from week-long courses for children of all ages or a variety
of short courses for adults.
Oakville
Galleries - Spring and summer at Oakville Galleries includes
fun and unique art-related activities for children ages 6
to 13 (and some for younger kids and parents together!).
The
McMichael Art Programs - Children learn the basics of
drawing, painting with watercolour, and acrylics. They experiment
with printmaking, sculpture, collage and much more. Our programs
help stimulate creativity and build art-making skills in an
environment that’s fun and rewarding. Art activities
are complemented by gallery tours, stories, games, and exploring
the natural beauty of our 40 hectares of conservation land.
